Vehicle collection requires a separate household release.
Owners retrieving vehicles from Sector 18 storage must declare whether the registered vehicle is also a primary residence.
Proof of vehicle ownership does not close an associated household file. Bedding and personal effects may be collected during the assigned appointment. Staff are not authorized to advise on onward passage. The claimant’s previous parking allocation will not be held during the review.
