Sines opens a second shift at the certified tool exchange.

The second shift covers torque instruments, inspection lamps and approved coupling gauges. Tools returned in serviceable condition will be credited to the issuing department before the following allocation cycle. The exchange has separate counters for collection and disputed inventories.

Cases bearing original construction marks remain eligible for service. Their age does not constitute a calibration certificate. The centenary office has been advised that operational stores cannot reserve equipment for display.
