Remembrance room bookings move to a shared household calendar.

The room’s movable seating and screened preparation area can be arranged at the booking appointment. Families should specify any assistance needed for older visitors or for documents read in more than one language. No religious affiliation is required to reserve the room.

Memorial entries retain the deceased person’s last registered address. Where a household has since moved, the new address is attached as a forwarding record rather than substituted for the original entry.
