The household desk accepts enquiries concerning registered occupants, vehicle accommodation and the next authorized sector. Appointment slips show the document category required at the counter. A freight sponsorship letter may be attached to a household enquiry but cannot replace the household record.

Reception staff can confirm that an application has been received. Decisions remain with the issuing office. Travellers should retain their assigned waiting-space reference until a written instruction changes it.
