Merchant declaration desk adds a weekly interpretation session.

The session covers stall transfers, cooperative representation and the transcription of existing permits. Interpreters will attach a signed translation to the source document. Charges and stock declarations continue to use the units printed on the original form.

The service assists with documentation. It does not decide a disputed market allocation. Applications involving two claimed successors to the same stall will remain with the commercial registrar until both records have been reviewed.
