Stores request the return of unused legacy coupling gauges.

The request concerns unused instruments and does not amend the approved inspection schedule. Returned gauges will be catalogued against their original calibration records before any further allocation. Departments should include the cabinet number and the last recorded custodian.

The stores ledger contains duplicate issue slips bearing the same instrument number. Those slips must accompany the return. Replacing a label locally will prevent the receiving desk from closing the discrepancy.
