The revised clock faces distinguish dispatch time from the opening hours of continental offices. Personnel exchanging a shift must record both the time of handover and the reference shown on the originating manifest. No additional slot is created by a difference between the two displays.

Clock corrections require a Time Services work order. Handwritten adjustments found in the western dispatch room have been retained with the previous duty book.
