Utilities will hold practical introductions to support work.
Two introductory sessions will show the support assignments available within water services.
Sessions on 13 and 20 July 2140 will use disconnected demonstration equipment. Visitors can try recording a sample transfer, checking a stores list and identifying the point at which a qualified operator must take over. Attendance is not a practical service shift.
Utilities needs additional people for collection, preparation and records work as well as qualified maintenance posts. Staff will explain paid instruction routes and the requirements of each assignment. Attendance does not guarantee appointment, and nobody will be asked to perform unpaid operational work as an application exercise.
