Training offers must identify where the first paid assignment will take place.
Applicants must be told when instruction and the expected work assignment are in different sectors.
An offer should name the teaching location and the proposed receiving department separately. If placement is not yet confirmed, that uncertainty must appear before the applicant accepts. Completion of instruction must not be presented as a confirmed local appointment when the available work is elsewhere.
Personnel desks are seeking new workers across several services, but relocation requires preparation. Applicants need time to consider household responsibilities, accommodation and travel. Training acceptance does not allocate a room or grant passage. A receiving department must confirm those arrangements through the appropriate desks before setting an arrival requirement.
