New households may register more than one working adult for personnel enquiries.
Adults in the same household may make separate work enquiries instead of attaching every employment question to one applicant.
Each adult may describe their own experience, availability and training needs. Records can share a contact address while retaining separate appointment decisions. A person not seeking work need not be entered as available.
Departments need additional people in maintenance support, kitchens and records services. Reception can direct an enquiry but cannot promise a post or change passage conditions. An offer to one person does not automatically extend to another adult at the same address.
