Junction waiting rooms designate a space for household animals.
Households awaiting local transfer may use the screened end of the reception room with contained animals, keeping the main seating area clear.
Reception attendants will direct carriers to the marked floor spaces. Drinking-water bowls must remain inside the screened area, and owners must stay with their animals. The arrangement does not include commercial animal consignments, which retain their existing handling route.
Households should advise the desk before leaving for an appointment elsewhere in the junction. Attendants cannot accept an animal into custody while its owner visits another office. Those needing assistance may name another household adult at reception; a carrier must not be left under an unoccupied seat.
