Recruitment notices must state which arrival costs the department covers.
Travelling applicants will receive the scope of offered arrival support before accepting a start date.
The desk must distinguish costs paid directly, reimbursed against receipts and left to the worker. Support covering only one part of a journey must identify that part. A general reference to assisted arrival is not a complete arrangement.
Reception is reviewing appointments declined after uncovered expenses became clear. Departments needing new workers should resolve terms before requesting travel. The statement records support; it does not issue passage permission or guarantee continental entry.
