Technical course waiting lists will show the missing teaching capacity.
Waiting applicants will be told whether an intake is delayed by equipment, supervision or a receiving assignment.
Departments must distinguish a course awaiting a supervisor from one awaiting enough applicants. An assessment already completed will remain valid unless the required competence changes. The learning desk will record the next review date beside the reason for delay.
This builds on the supervision review introduced in 2136. Staff shortages cannot be addressed by enlarging an unsupervised group. Workshops able to release an experienced employee for teaching should state the hours actually available, including preparation and assessment time.
