Canteens will share a register of available relief cooks.

Cooks should state the sessions they can accept and the equipment they know. Each receiving kitchen remains responsible for confirming the assignment, paid hours and local instruction. Availability on the register is not an instruction to report.

The catering office expects continued gaps during training and leave. Kitchens should request relief before reducing published service. A cook may decline an offered session without being marked absent from a shift that was never accepted.
