Collection workers will follow the marked sampling points, sealed-container procedure and delivery record. Instruction is required before an independent round. An incomplete seal record must be reported rather than relabelled at reception.

The change addresses a shortage that has drawn testing staff away from their benches. Collection workers do not interpret results or authorise changes to the supply. Personnel enquiries should identify the collection assignment so that applicants are assessed for the duties actually being offered.
