Repair drawers may remain assigned between duty contracts.
Independent repair workers can retain a numbered tool drawer for up to ninety days between local assignments, subject to inventory and storage charges.
The workshop counter will accept temporary drawer reservations from workers whose current assignment ends before their next local contract begins. Reservations cover hand tools and measuring instruments listed at deposit. Fuel containers, food and sleeping materials must be removed before the drawer is sealed.
The storage charge is separate from the workshop bench fee. Another registered repairer may collect an item against a signed inventory entry without taking over the reservation. Unclaimed drawers will be listed at the counter after ninety days; the contents will not be issued as shared equipment while a claim is open.
