Occupied stairwells receive separate household entries.
The Sector 12 civil desk will record occupied rooms separately from the maintenance accommodation blocks in which they are located.
From 1 May 2063, households using the west accommodation stairs may request a room entry in the civil register. The entry will identify the occupied level, shared water point and person authorised to receive notices. Existing block numbers remain on maintenance drawings. No household is required to move solely because its room receives a separate entry.
The desk will accept rent receipts, kitchen allocations and earlier accommodation slips where the original room assignment is unavailable. Each document will be retained under its issuing reference. A household entry records occupancy for local services; it does not convert the underlying maintenance allocation into ownership.
