Festival lighting proposals enter the shared-gallery register.

Registered proposals may use the gallery’s approved low-voltage connection points. Installation times will be coordinated with shop deliveries and household access. The committee has reserved a separate room for food preparation and the children’s lantern workshop.

Emergency signs and sector coordinates must remain visible throughout the programme. Approval applies to the submitted installation only. Stored decorations from earlier years require a fresh inventory before they are issued.
