Sines reading room releases a consolidated mandate index.

The index identifies the office responsible for each current instruction and lists earlier references retained for historical consultation. Public copies may be requested at the desk. A staff copy carrying handwritten notes is not a certified amendment.

Annexes requiring separate authorization appear by reference in the index. An entry confirms that a document is registered; it does not change the conditions under which the document may be consulted.
